Great for using with Sodium Alginate to make ramen type noodles for anyone on a low carb diet. They hold up well and satisfy that noodle craving without all the carbs. There are some great tutorials on the net for making these.

I made vegan sour cream with this. It was fantastic -- the magic ingredient! I then used it to bump up the tang in some vegan cheeses. It works great. Just be careful to add a little at a time and taste to get just the right amount.

I think it is important to know the dosage of the compound And the percentage of 1 gram of product. Thanks to my parents that controlled my studies at school and university. This product has made making real tasting pasta a reality. I really missed having pasta, and I no longer have to feel deprived.

I preserve my garden by water bath canning. Used in making dill pickle slices and adding to diced tomatoes to keep both from getting soggy. Worked pretty well.

I find that it's the easiest way to get Calcium into my body. It's more absorbable that the other forms. Nice to know that it can be used in Kitchen Alchemy, even though it's unlikely I'll put it to that use. I gave it 5 stars for Flavor because it tastes typically like Calcium (kind of chalky), which is never a great taste but not a particularly strong or offensive taste.
