Hello, the theoretical max current of the mosfet chip is 280A, but the heat dissipation capability of the heat sink is not enough to maintain that high current of the chip. To keep safety, we suggest the max current be about 30A, since most hot bed is not beyond 30A. If the current of the hot bed is much over 30A, the size of the heat sink should be bigger, and a cooling fan is needed.
