Plunger may not work initially 50 % of the time. Received one good dispenser out of three orders. Looks good, but unreliable to use.

After comparing and trying many, I find this one is the best.
Motion sensing soap dispensers sounded good, until I tried them in my clinic. Huge mess!Plastic dispensers broke from heavy use.This one is sturdy, easy to install (covering all of the mounting holes from previous units), and works great. Tried one for awhile, and then added four more.
