Does this sleep mask with Bluetooth headphones put pressure on the eyeballs?

No it doesn't. Its very adjustable and comfortable to wear and I'm a side sleeper.

I've purchased sleep mask before that were too tight. How wide can the strap be adjusted?

There is an adjustable Velcro on the back of the Bluetooth sleep mask headphone, which can be customized to fit any head size-19 to 29 inches

How do you get to nature sound mode?

You have to press the - button 3 times quickly after the device says “Bluetooth mode”. Like successively within 1.5 seconds. After entering Nature mode you can switch back to Bluetooth mode the same way or long press -/+ to move between sounds. It’s a little hard to get at first (I thought they were broken) but once you get it, it’s easy. If all else fails, just keep pressing the - button repeatedly during startup until the nature mode activates.

Do they make power announcements? most make a loud power off announcement when trying to stay asleep that wakes you...

No, they don't make a power-off announcement.
