Botten Men's Trench Coat - Long Jacket Overcoat-Oversized Casual Windbreaker

I'm a big guy. A BIG guy. Nearly 400lbs. So when I say it's tough to find a coat in my size, that's a valid complaint. Well, I finally found a nice looking overcoat that fits my incredibly large frame, and I'm thrilled. It looks amazing. It's warm (tried it on in September and was immediately too warm to be comfortable, but I needed to be sure it fit before I need it). The quality doesn't feel cheap. The button holes are a bit snug, so it is going to take a little work to button up until those loosen from wear. For the price, I'm quite happy.

Fit well, the appearance is more shiny than I'd like but still matte. Makes a good wind breaker for sure I wouldn't use it as a coat in the winter though. Material feels waterproof. Very comfortable as well. Non stretching material so get the correct size

This trench coat was purchased for my nephew. He is 6'4" big & tall and usually takes a 5XLT. This coat is NOT a 5XL the measurements aren't what they say they are it's more like a 2/3XL. The sleeves are WAY TO SHORT he could not even stretch arms out in front without the sleeves going up to his elbows nor could he button it up although the length seems to be fine went down to his knees. My suggestion is if you're going to have this manufactured in China and sold in America then use American Measurements so that the item will actually will fit. I hope this review helps others if you or are thinking about ordering for yourself or someone that is big & tall look elsewhere don't order as this product.

Nice coat for the money it's a little snug in the shoulders but otherwise I love it

It’s not a bad coat for spring/fall. This isn’t good enough for winter. The first 30F day we had in New Hampshire was too cold for this (and we’ll be getting much colder. I gave it a chance based on the reviews claiming that it’s warm enough. It didn’t pass, so I’ll be returning it

Given the widely divergent reviews this product has already received, I wan't sure what I would be receiving. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the perfect fit and excellent quality. Although it has a notched collar, there is also a thoughtful throat latch for times when it is really cold. As someone who does a lot of walking, I am truly impressed by the long length of this coat. I don't know why, but it is almost impossible to find a long men's coat. I have only one quibble - and it may not even bother most people - by definition, a trench coat has epaulettes - but they are conspicuously missing from this coat. Originally intended to accommodate a Sam Brown pistol belt, they can still be useful for securing a shoulder bag, so I personally am disappointed that they are not present.

This coat is fine for the price. It does well with wind and light rain, but gets a bit damp in even a medium downpour. It also comes styled like a trench coat as seen in the pictures. However, the buckles on the shoulders, cuffs, and belt are clearly cheap plastic, and the shoulder loops don’t hold to themselves. That in mind, I used a small seam cutter to remove the loops and disposed of the belts entirely before wearing the coat out, and have since gotten compliments on the design; even despite the holes my rough work left. All that said, for a design that should cost 3X the price made with more expensive materials, this coat is fine and I’ve enjoyed wearing it; even if I had to make some alterations to get it there.
