i found it quite bland
I'm getting on in years and my taste buds might not be what they used to be, but it tasted bland but no bitterness. I got more flavour by using pour over than aero press even with 3 minute brew time.

Selling off old beans
Normally, I wouldn’t choose to buy premium beans 3 1/2 months after their roasting date. I do wonder whether they’re just selling off old stock through Amazon? It’s a pity, because it’s tastes as though it would’ve had a nice fruity flavour profile. Sadly, none of the aroma present as the beans are quite stale, so I’m afraid I won’t be buying from this roaster again.
