The first batch I ordered with the drinker were fine. Yesterday I used the first of a batch ordered in August 2024, soaked it for 5 minutes as normal, put drinker back in place and returning to it 10 mins later found a flood of water on the floor! I thought at first that the drinker was leaking, but discovered on closer inspection that the tray was filling up and overflowing because the water was not passing back through the filter. Soaked the filter for 18 hours and tried again - result the same (only I was ready for it this time!). Drinker works perfectly fine with no filter, so it's clearly the culprit. I'm now stuck with 6 of them, as I'm presuming they'll all be the same and, as being unable to filter makes the drinker pointless apart from the fountain, must write the cost of it all down to experience! Water bowls at the ready!UPDATE: The Customer Services Department at the supplier (LUVMYPET) has contacted me (presumably after reading this review), offering to replace the pack of filters, free of charge, which I have accepted. As the issue seems to be with the varying thickness of the filters, we can only see whether these are any better, but I would like to commend the supplier on their helpful approach.

This works and is actually ok , but light is not strong and it’s small than I expected but it ok

Very flimsy compared to the original one that comes with the fountain. Makes too much noise unlike the original. Means that it’s not filtering as well
