I’ve been using this food grade hydrogen peroxide for general household cleaning and it’s been very effective. Useful, but not for wounds
First: To dilute to a 3% solution use 1 part 12% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide to 3 parts distilled water. I purchased this for several reasons. I use it to disinfect my mouthguard and remove stains. It always must be diluted no matter what, this is a strong solution. I also use it to clean shopping bags. I fill a spray bottle with 1/3 Hydrogen Peroxide and 2/3 water and spray the bottoms of the bags, it prevents sourness and smells from the bags as it does kill germs too. I have in the past used it in the same spray solution on children's toys to help the spread of germs and decay. I find it very useful as a mouth rinse too. My only issue with this was the bottle often bloats and will not stay upright, thus it looses one star. I have to always remove it and put it into another more stable container. It is not the cheapest disinfectant in today's world but what it does for food & blood stains is short of a miracle.
