Item was perfecting came quicker than expected.

My mom used to get me Sue Bee spun honey from our local grocery store for Christmas when I was a teenager and I absolutely loved it. As an adult, I looked for it for several years and was unable to find it anywhere. I looked at our local farmers markets and novelty stores and they had creamed honey but I found out that it is not the same thing. I decided to look on Amazon and much to my surprise, there it was! I’ve ordered a few containers this past year and gifted some to my mother for Christmas. I’m so glad to have found this delicious honey again and will continue to order more as needed.

Great flavor and came quickly and well packaged. However, the texture was disappointing. As another reviewer pointed out, it's too dark and runny to be a "spun" honey (the term from my childhood was "creamed"--zero dairy involved just super finely crystallized honey with a creamy color and more solid texture) and too thick to be regular squeeze from a jar honey. This is like it was whipped but in a rush and sent out before it was really ready yet. I will stick it in the fridge and give it time to see if it will finish crystalliz8ng. That's why 4/5 stars, cuz it's so almost right. Just disappointing because I had hoped for a specific consistency of honey to take to family Thanksgiving.

I love Sue be whipped honey. And I couldn’t find it at any stores and I finally searched Amazon and there it was! So excited.

It has cinnamon taste, but not bad
