This fountain is wonderful and I'm so glad I ordered it. The sound is very soothing and the lights at night are stunning. The fountain is light, only 33 lbs. and very easy to get it up and running. Very satisified.

First fountain was damaged during delivery, but Ruby from customer service was very responsive and promptly sent out a replacement. Great customer service!Fountain was easy to set up in about 10 minutes. Just a slight fine-tuning of the pump adjuster and it gets a good flow of water cascading down without much splashing. Be aware that it’s not a loud sound of water - it’s more of a soft trickle. LED lights on the top and bottom give off a good glow - it’s probably on the whiter side of warm.The fountain is made out of resin and fiberglass - which is essentially a reinforced epoxy plastic. That makes the fountain very light and easy to move around when it's empty. Time will tell if the fountain will last - since it’s a kind of plastic, sunlight may fade the coloring over time and weather exposure may eventually crack plastic, but the fiberglass may make it more durable. Hopefully, I’ll get at least a few years worth of use in the California sun.The fountain is very attractive looking and just what I was looking for. I plan to get a filter bag for the pump to prevent debris clogs and use water treatment additives to limit algae growth and hard water stains. I’m happy with it so far.

I was really happy with this fountain for the roughly two weeks when it was working.Then, the pump (pictured) just died. I'm not sure why, but I checked to make sure there were no blockages. When I plug it in, nothing happens (the propellor doesn't move).I'll try contacting vendor support to see if I can get just a replacement pump assembly sent to me (packing this whole fountain back up for a return would be a BIG hassle) and will update update my review when I hear back from them.UPDATE: 2 days after contacting them, the vendor sent me a replacement pump - and so far, so good! Thanks for the quick resolution.

Only used about 5 times and lights don’t work. Pump no longer works even though there is adequate water in there. Too expensive to have broken down already. Waste of time (set-up) and money.

My original review was not very nice because I had an issue with the pump not working.After moving things around I did get the pump to work. Because it most likely was user error, I am retracting. (Apologies, seller.)Now that it is running it is so lovely. It is lightweight resin which made it easy to move around. While it is not the fanciest material you would never know it ( even up close) unless you touched it.The cost was extremely reasonable. Especially considering the pump alone is worth $40-50.

Provides a beautiful ambiance to my outdoor space. The tank to hold the water is larger than expected, does not require frequent additional water. Peaceful sound and beautiful, soft light. Highly recommend.

Very enjoyable to look at especially at night. Almost returned it because I couldn't hear any water sounds but after I pulled the fountain head tubing out a bit it made a big difference. The sound is very relaxing. I also set it on a brick base to Raise it up a bit which made a difference. Easy to assemble.

I have to figure out how to put it together first!Finally figured it out. Thanks to a YouTube video. It looks amazing, sounds great and is a beautiful addition to our front porch.I am giving it 4 stars due to the fact that there were no instructions. Otherwise it’s definitely a five star product.
