Great keto bread, goes crispy, hasnt got that keto bread texture. Amazing.

Excellent thread but very expensive

I bought these as my favourite Carbzone wraps were out of stock. These are smaller wraps but also very easy torn, they are also the only product like this that I have been advised to keep in the fridge! The first batch started having green mould spots 4 day before date expiry. I complained and a new set was sent to me very quickly and I was advised to keep in the fridge which I thought was very strange. The flavour is ok not the worst I’ve tried for a lo carb wrap but I will definitely not be buying again unless I’m desperate

Lovely bread but do very expensive and small slices

I am so pleased to have found this Keto bread. My one piece of toast and jam mid morning has been a ritual for years and I was desperate to find a way of getting back. This bread and a jar of Stute diabetic strawberry jam and I’m happy. Yes the loaf is smaller than a small loaf, the slices are shy os 4 inches each way, there are 15 slices plus 2 thin end crusts. It looks like brown bread, smells like brown bread and tastes a bit nutty. I have put them in the freezer with a piece of baking paper between each slice. ( I am saving the paper to use again several times). One frozen slice in the toaster and job done I have my one slice of toast and strawberry jam. Pretty costly for such a tiny loaf but for my one slice a day a loaf will last me 2 weeks - only once in a while I have something for lunch that needs a slice of toast. The fact it freezes so well makes it a viable worthwhile purchase for me.

Amazon said next day delivery, but inevitably that didn’t happen. So three days later this turns up, and I had to drive 80 mile round trip to retrieve it. Taste wise - this is actually quite good and very close to actual bread - certainly the nicest I’ve tried. However, despite keeping both loaves in the fridge, it’s gone blue within a week.

First impressions - looks good, but on tasting the bread it was far from bread-like and I’ve had konjac stuff before but this consistency was sponge-like and not the food sponge either. I’d have to agree it was low carb, value for money if that was what you wanted, the SUZE was suitable but I don’t have any idea about freezability as I didn’t get that far. Texture not for either myself or my spouse - didn’t like it! Did suggest that the texture was mentioned in the sales page so others would have an idea of what they were buying!

These good taste and lasted good few days still soft and tasty
