This was purchased to reduce the size of a new cap. Unfortunately when applied it did not stick well enough to the hat band to be useful. Fixed in the evening, at room temperature, wore for an hour, comfortable but by morning had fallen off and would not re-stick Would not buy again.

It's very easy to install, my hat fits perfect

Worked very well. I placed the foam behind the sweat band of the hat. Not sure how it would work with hats without a inner band

Bought to take up some slack in an old Panama. Does the job fine, comfortable, well priced, feels strong.

Too small for a hat band, not suitable at all, also the length is just enough to barley do one hat. Disappointed

It did its job so far. Hat now fits great and tape is holding securely for about a month so far. Pretty straightforward to apply.
