Helps me sleep.

Has good flavor, but because I find it a little sweet, I have to swish a little water chaser to shut down the drooling. But, it certainly fulfils its purpose and 15 minutes after use, I am asleep. Great product.

I cannot go to sleep without it . The Warm Berry flavor is not so bad and I take it about a half hour before I go to bed.

Sometimes I just need help getting to sleep or even staying asleep! As I have gotten older, I feel like I can never get a good nights sleep-that is where ZzzQuil comes in. Works quickly and effectively without me feeling drowsy or like I have a hangover the next morning. I use this about 2x a week, maybe 3 but that is about it. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because even though I can fall asleep much faster and get longer sleep, I still cannot stay asleep the whole night. I do still get up about 2hrs before I am supposed to. I wish it gave me a full 7-8hrs-I get about 5-6. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would!

I have trouble sleeping at night and this product has no alcohol in it, and doesn’t make me drowsy in the morning either

I'm not going to give this the worst review possible, because I very well could have taken too little of a dose, although I DID indeed take the recommended amount. First off, the stuff tastes absolutely horrid. It had me gagging with a gross lingering taste. Second, I didn't fall into REM sleep. It felt like I was partially awake the whole 3 hours I had my eyes closed. When I finally woke up, I didn't feel groggy but everything felt as if it was going in slow motion. It didn't feel like I had just slept. It was almost as if my body was forcing itself to move at the slowest possible speed. Maybe next time I'll take 2 dosages for better results, but for now it didn't help at all as I was waking up practically every 45 minutes.
