This stuff is great! The flavor is nice and it works like a charm. I started to get a tolerance for it tho so I've supplemented with zquil melatonin gummies as well and it does the trick again! I used to be up all night with insomnia and now I can sleep when i want to and not feel groggy in the morning like other sleep aids do

Zzzquil works great, puts me right to sleep. Just remember, there is alcohol in the product, those trying,to cut back on alcohol or on paper this product will register as booze. What I really hate and I don’t know who’s at fault, but on several occasions the date of arrival has changed. I was supposed to receive this product several days ago. I planned my usage of what I had according to the date it was promised. Since I cannot drive I have to ask someone to pick it up for me. This is not easy,for either my mom or our family friend. Please do a better job giving an accurate ship date.

I take this several times a month when I just can’t fall asleep. It always eases me into a relaxing sleep and I wake up in the morning very rested.
