Interferes with WiFi on the Mac Studio
This product has the look (although it's plastic) of the Mac Studio and the Mac Studio sits nicely within its outline. All the ports work and the NVME slot on the bottom next to a removable air filter is easy to access. It is unfortunate that for its price that it only offers one NVME slot and no other option such as SSD. The worst part however is that this device in its natural front to back orientation will block the WiFi signal on the Mac Studio. Not sometimes, but every time. It is more than likely due to the power input and its associated electronics sitting near where the Mac Studio contains its WiFi antenna since it is located in the bottom of the Mac. I returned it due to this design flaw and I might have chosen to put up with it if the price were low enough, but for its asking price, it should work as intended. Do not purchase this device unless you don't need WiFi, plan to use a separate WiFi USB antenna, or until Sengtek corrects the product design issue.

SLOW transfer speeds
Well, it is a disappointment. Plastic, can live with, but it does not have the performance it suggests. Best write speed with a WD-Black M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD, with proven reads of 5,100 MB/s in another thunderbolt enclosure barely manages 38MB/s reads/writes. This is only a 10Gb sec USB 3.2 enclosure (the host connection), but it should support a lot more than the measly 38MB/s. USB 3.2 at 10Gb/s (bits), translates to 1,250 MB/s (bytes), this device barely manages 3% of that speed. My portable external USB 3 spinning disk enclosure manages 125MB/s, and my old LaCie external Thunderbolt 2 enclosure does well above that, so I am very disappointed and seriously doubt the enclosure. In fact, I suspect this is a USB 2.0 enclosure, and it seems like the MacOS device tree, sees it as such... I will be returning it.

Great for out system
Works great on our Mac Studio. We’ve using for a few months and does what we need.

Random disconnects
I had high hopes. It was great when it was working - SSD and display port is where it shines. Random disconnects are what ultimately lead me to return. It wouldn't always come back from sleep or randomly disconnect the usb. Huge pain when the attached SSD is forcefully ejected.
