Bugatti - Electric Scooter - with LED Lights, Rear Brakes and Suspension, Turn Signal Support on Front & Back

My son loved this scooter until it wouldn’t turn on after 1-1/2 months of ownership. He contacted Bugatti about the issue but they gave him no help. His warranty is up the beginning of December—they are obviously stalling so they don’t have to take responsibility. Apparently there is an electrical connection in the handlebar that is defective. They also have a stripped acrew so you can’t get at it yourself. Watch out for this Bugatti product . They dont stand by it and charge a lot more than their competitors. We’re expecting them to do something about this issue. Let it be noted that my son and I have complained during the active warranty period.

I got my Bugatti scooter and I am really impressed with the look and functionality. The ride is so smooth and I am very happy with my purchase.

This is the second one we’ve had. Everything was fine for the first 6 months and then the same issue occurred where it randomly shut down. Contacted customer service multiple times and had no response. Had to log another claim under the Amazon protection again. Definitely won’t buy another one.

Bought one and it broke 35 days after I received it. Keypad button will not respond so I cannot unlock it. I have contacted the manufacturer multiple times and have not heard back. Ended up buying a new scooter from a different manufacturer. Don’t buy this.

The lighting is outstanding

From the small details on the scooter to even the packaging, this screams luxury (did you expect anything less from Bugatti?). Pros: - Handle bars are wrapped in leather similar to what you get from a car steering wheel. It's ultra smooth and feels good in the hands - I love that the scooter can fold for storage purposes - Speed - This is a fast scooter and was able to get up to 20mph in a residential neighborhood - Lights - The ambient lighting on the sides of the handle bar as well as the tail light and decal light make it safe to ride at night. There's no way it could be missed at night Cons: - If you're charging in a residential home with a regular plug it'll take some time for a full charge. It's similar to a plug-in hybrid car - As luxurious as the packaging was, it's a lot of extra stuff that didn't feel like it was needed. Kind of a pain to tear down for our garbage pickup Overall, great scooter, highly recommend!

I bought this scooter for a high-end, fast and smooth ride. To be honest it is designed for looks not for function. I own 5 different adult higher end scooters and this has the smoothest flat street ride. Now for performance, this has good torque for taking off, but slow top speed. The ground clearance is terrible, going over normal cubs the bottom scapes, my other scooters do not. Going off a normal curb while riding actually turned the scooter off first time and second time it reset the scooter to slow speed setting, turned the lights on and it actually activated the brakes which made me almost crash. I have been riding scooters for several years now daily and average 10 miles a day, so needless to say I have alot of experience with many different scooter. The Bugatti is the second worse purchase that I made, the Huffy scooter for adults was the worst, but not by much. In short, DO NOT BUY this scooter, you can buy two new better scooters for this price or you can buy 4 equally fast scooters for this price.
