I like these a lot. If you follow the video on this page, then the straps cross in a "V" right under the knee cap. It holds them in place and holds the knees steady. I have frequent knee issues and pain when doing deadlifts, squats, etc. No pain when using these. I'm pretty happy with them.

I’m using this product to protect knee movement during running. Size recommendations are accurate. They’re very comfortable, light and secure the knee very well. The velcro protector pads are a nice touch. I’m highly recommending this product.

This compression sleeve worked very well for my knees. It compressed and added support to my knees without restricting my movements. The design of the sleeve kept them in place where they belonged on my leg. I wasn’t having to constantly pull them up like I did with other brands. The knee sleeve didn’t fall apart after washing either, like some other brands.
