Boxing Reflex Ball, 2 Difficulty Level speed Balls with Headband, Softer than Tennis Ball, Perfect for Fitness, Boxing Focus Punching Improvement and Hand Eye Coordination Training Cardio Training Use

This is a fun way to incorporate hand eye coordination. The string gets in the way but its still fun. My biggest complaint is it seemed to cover my hands in what ever it was made with. I washed up and eventually ate some carrots and all I could taste is this god awful latex-rubber-like bitterness in my mouth. An hour later I had an upset stomach for hours. Do you guys make this with hazardous materials?? What gives?

Idea is great for training but I still couldnt figure it out how it works. I watched some youtube videos but this ball seems like much heavy than others. Can anyone upload a video how do they do it?

are we talking about the same product that ball do not bounce back like I seen videos of demos. I shortened the string that ball is hard as heck. I am going to put lighter ball on it. I will make it work the elastic string is long and the band was not tight as I like but that is an easy fix. don't believe the hype I would not recommend buying it I feel like a sucker. I think I can fix it with another softer ball that like a stress relief ball if not it is is garbage. sometimes you get burned. I will watch videos to see if there is something I am missing lol.

Tried to use this product but it was a lot harder than I had hoped. Learning curve is too wide for me.

It can be enjoyable to an extent but the headband is loose on me personally and there is no way to adjust it. Though the fact I can adjust the length of the ball itself is a plus, but when I go to punch it and the headband starts to slip it messes with the overall experience.

Just got this in the mail today and whoa am I excited! I used it the second I received it in the mail and can't wait to show my trainer how much I have improved. Not only does it stay on my head the entire time I am using it, but it challenges me just the right amount. Can't wait to show my friends!

It can be annoying at times if you don't have good timing, you just have to work at it.

This product is great. A colleague of mine recommended this and I am so happy he did! We now have competitions at work to see who can keep it going the longest. It is simple to set up and I really like how the headband can be separated from the ball for easy cleaning and storage.
