There have been older studies and recent documentation suggesting high(er) doses of Nattokinase appears to have contributed to normalization of blood pressure and possibly reduction of arterial plaque of up to 33%. Studies of this nature were not totally "controlled", and the most widely documented was 10,800FU for the beneficial results. Considering the price/dosage ratio, I have been using this product for a few months. While I cannot personally verify the quality or current results of this product compared to others, I found this product to be the most affordable for the approximate 10,800FU daily dosage.

Has increased my overall energy.

Maybe it's a fluke, but I've been using this product for a week now, and the swelling in my lower legs and feet, and the nice sock indentations are almost non-existent.

Don't know if it was this but I took it with a zeolite cleanse n didn't feel to good ..might try again
