First time of using egg whites for this much cooking. I still put 1 egg in to the omelette or scrambled eggs. Taste is great. Consistency is good just remember to shake pouches before each use.Very tasty happ so far

Slightly cheaper than alternatives, what I like most is the 500ml pouches as opposed to the 970 ml bottles from others, keeps for up to 3 months in the fridge and makes perfect fritata every time!

Supposed to be 500g but in the three I've used so far have had less than 450g in each!
