I got this fan to replace an older down shaft style fan that was just too noisy and old fashioned. Installation - a breeze, included manual was simple, but they over provided in terms of installation materials - mind you i was replacing an existing fan, so their kit easily installed with no need to add additional support. Light enough that I could install it alone, but definitely could have used help. Use - Smart app works great, the included remote is also very handy. Easily connected to Google Home and allows me to turn it on/off on schedules. Customer Support - I accidentally broke the acrylic light cover on install, and their customer service team responded quickly and sent me a new acrylic cover - really easy to work with. Overall - $ for $ this is a solid buy, if you need a powerful, quiet fan that looks and works great, this is a solid choice.

The fan performance is great. What differentiates this from other options for me is the quality of craftsmanship, cosmetic appeal, 4124 CFM output which is as high or higher than the competition, it is extremely quiet, low profile 7.8 inches from ceiling, and the ability to turn it on and off with a hard wired switch if desired. The fan failed after using it for one day so I emailed the company and they responded within 2 hours and sent a replacement receiver after helping me troubleshoot the issue. Their customer service was so outstanding that I still give this product a 5 star review in spite of the extra trouble. After resolving the issue the fan works perfectly. On the remote control the user has the ability to choose between 3000K, 4000K or 5000K light color. I would prefer if this choice could be set at the installation with a small switch inside the light. Most users do not know enough about this to consistently make this selection and it is not something that needs to be changed on a daily basis.

This is a really nice looking fan. The light is bright and you can adjust the color of the light from the included remote control. The fan is nicely powerful and the installation was quite simple. It’s a nicely short profile, making it close to the ceiling. So far we like it very much.

I bought this fan along with many other things in my house, and I lost the instructions to set up the app. I couldn't find instructions online, so I reached out to customer service, and they promptly sent me great instructions that worked perfectly. The app is called Tuya, and it was very easy to set up and connect to Alexa. I still use the remote sometimes, which is excellent. The fan is pretty and has 6 velocities. I can feel the difference between them. The lighting is great, and I love being able to set up different tones or adjust the brightness up or down. I am happy with the decision to buy this fan.

This is a very well-made ceiling fan. installation is easy. The fan displaces far more air than my previous fan. It is very quiet. The lamp is very bright and dimmable to a shadow. The remote works well and Smart Life app integration was easy. Troubleshooting Tip: Try to keep the antenna (a single white wire protruding from the black control unit) fully extended. Initially, my antenna wire was not and it limited the signal strength to my WiFi access point. A Selfish Automation Improvement Request: I have nearly all lights in my home automated with events for on, off, dimming, and color changes. With the current firmware version, any automated lamp change (like brightness or color) will turn the lamp on at the time of the change. This fan is the only device I have experienced exhibiting this behavior. If a future firmware version could decouple this dependency, this fan would be perfect for my needs.

Sleek design and versatile fan obtained at a good price and it was delivered quickly. Installation was easy (if you have experience) and it works well using the remote control. It is whisper quiet and the light is bright and dimmable. A good upgrade for an old style fan or as a replacement for one that is not working properly. Smart design, perfect for our home office decorating needs. Have not yet utilized the Wifi feature of fan, but if the other features are any indication, I believe Wifi will work as intended. I would definitely recommend this fan and would buy it again if I had the need.

It's an easy install and nice looking, low profile fan. Remote works well. All kinds of options. The fan moves the air REALLY well and we are glad we got it. 4 stars because the fan beeps softly when settings are changed and only way to stop this is to remove speaker inside connection box. I find this out too late and didn't feel like taking the fan down to do this. Customer service very responsive!

The fan was super simple to install. It was a great replacement for my last porch ceiling fan and it is the perfect size. It only required my wife to hold the fan motor for about two minutes while I connected the controller unit. I then mounted the motor and controller to the ceiling bracket, attached the wooden blades and installed the smart app on my phone and it was done in about 30 minutes Setting it up to work with my other smart devices was quick and easy. I was impressed with the fan operation, It is powerful, silent at every speed, except the fastest, which turns my porch into a wind tunnel :). Unfortunately, after about 6 months it stopped working with my smart hub and then two weeks later it stopped working with the remote. The seller provided excellent tech support and within a few e-mails they sent a new controller unit and remote at no cost to me. I replaced the controller unit in about 15 minutes, and the fan is working perfectly again. I am not sure why the controller failed so quickly but I do live in the Outer Banks, and the salt air here can destroy most outdoor electronics. My last fan (a very expensive one put in by my home builder) died after two years. I hope to get more out of this one. But for now (almost 10 months of ownership) I like this fan a lot. If and when it fails again, I will more than likely purchase another just like this one.

Have to say I’m always sceptical about power etc BUT wow this baby put some air out! So easy to install, I had the old one down and this fitted while my wife took the dogs for a walk, so easy and I did it in my own, instructions are basic but tbh you don’t need em so straight forward just remember White is N Black is L. Will buy another when I have the cash, one for each bedroom. Worth the extra £ for sure, I tried 2 others before this one, so powerful, so quiet, so elegant. A* from Bear
