got this kit because for years i have squeezed a tennis ball while on the phone especially while im on a business call. i actually came across this randomly and kind of impulse bought it, but im glad i did its awesome! i especially love the donut thing, it just seems to work great as does the jelly egg thing. the adjustable spring tensioner hand strengthener is great and i leave it in the car to deal with the stress of LA traffic. great little kit and happily surprised how good it works.

If you can't strengthen your hands with these things, it's impossible. I like that the large grip squeezing tool has an adjustable feature so as your strength increases, you can make it harder to squeeze to develop further. All these things are great in their own way to work different parts of the hand and muscles. I found out where my weaknesses were that I didn't really realize were there until I used these, so I know what to work on more.

this is definitely a nice hand strengthener kit but don't buy it for grip rehab for TBI or stroke, everything requires grip functionality. Vopex is to be applauded for putting solid parts together in an affordable kit, then adding a simple, pictorial manual demonstrating how to use everything correctly. Only the grip strengthener has adjustable tension, I'd rate the finger exerciser at Mebium and the ring at hard, the egg feels the softest/easiest of all the pieces but overall, everything is too hard for rehab.

It has a great adjustable gripper and finger exerciser. I love the hand out on what to do. Since my female wrist was severely shattered I doubt I am a super customer. The ball and ring are extremely hard for me, but I will keep trying. The finger exerciser cuts off blood to my fingers. I have kid size hands, so that’s odd. I use it minimally and use it to open and close my hand. Now, I need a tool to get extension that gradually increases my angle backwards to use my hand/wrist to support me like in yoga. It’s a good buy for your $$. O.T. works, but you need these too or you will spend oodles of more time and money. Wake up and do these. Cost more elsewhere. Best Buy!

Have joint pain in both hands and have been using the manual old fashion hand squeezer pretty regularly, made of hard plastic, probably from the 70s but it moves the same way over and over again so it is not really doing anything other than working the same muscles over and over. This Vopex machine is awesome, the little finger exerciser moves the muscles in no other way that the can be done outside playing a bugle. Never have seen one that works individual fingers. Very impressed with it.

I broke my wrist a couple of years ago & it did not heal well, I am hoping that this will improve the strength in my hands & forearms. I have not had it long enough to tell if it working but I am very hopeful that I will at least be somewhat better than I am at the present time. Delivery was prompt, follow up was also & it is easy to use, as of right now I highly recommend. I know it can't hurt to use daily & really feel that it will help.

This is truly and awesome product. I have set at a desk working on a computer for the past 30 plus years and my hands are weak along with my wrists. I have noticed a great difference in using these items for just a few days. I am hoping to continue improving and hoping these items hold up for a long time.

Finger strengthener and stretcher broke during first use. I would like a replacement for these or I will ask for a full refund.
