This is a nice value knife. The usual considerations are all pretty good—flipper opening easy enough, but some jimping would have been helpful and eliminated the occasional “mushy” flick with an “almost-open”. The G-10 scale is very well champhered and textured and feels good in the hand. The degree of roughness is not such that it is difficult to get into the pocket, but there is enough traction to maintain comfortable grip control as well pocket placement. The clip tension appears reasonable, and the tip rise is adequate to get over jeans pocket seam. There is no lanyard hole, but that’s fine by me. The blade is centered and locks up well at about 30% with no movement. Redeploying the blade has some early use friction by way of a slight gritty sensation, however I will be addressing that when I do some out-of-the-box initial maintenance lubrication and cleaning. This is usually a non-issue so I’m unconcerned at the moment. The fit and finish is quite good. I suppose it’s trivial, but currently my biggest criticism is the blade—not the design, I love that, but the damn writing on it. It really disrupts aesthetics. Company logo? Designer recognition branding? Blade composition and manufacture locale? Who cares, get that advertising off my blade, and put it descretely into a less obtrusive location such as a liner, or better yet, a piece of paper in the box. The beauty of simplicity is astonishing, and it offends me to besmirch that with the money agenda of a company that I inevitably promote using their product. All in all, great value for the price point albeit a slightly hobbled aesthetic.

An excellent knife especially at this price.Super smooth and quick action,great lockup.Very comfortable in hand,imo.The details on this knife at this price point I think are nicely done.The blade grinds are nice and clean.This knife has has a slightly thicker edge than some of my other blades but is hair popping sharp. My one small dislike is no lanyard hole,I like "pocket pulls" on my pocket knives.I now have the Bestech Lion,another very good knife in this price range,imo.I'll get more Bestech knives.
