Getting Old
Looking for a decent stretching book to workout with. Bought a cheap sturdy armless chair for $5 from Goodwill and able to start stretching. Man, never thought getting old I would end up so unable to move. Good detail and SLOWLY getting back into moving my body without so much pain. Also another good reason is to reduce body damage from lack of exercise.

Stretching exercises are important
When I first started doing the stretching exercises in this book, I cramped up a lot, now hardly ever. I like that the exercises are from a personal trainer. It even has tips to get you to stick with the exercises, because many of us give up after a few days. It has chair standing and floor exercises. The floor exercises I can't do, but I enjoy the others. The exercises in the book have colored illustrations to help with your exercises. You will find a four-week plan in this exercise book, which I haven't started yet, but I will. The exercises are supposed to help you with your posture, reduce the risk is injury and joint stability. I am enjoying this exercise book so far and I believe any senior could benefit from this book. The author provides his email and his Instagram account to help you go further with your exercises if you would like.

The author provides stretches for standing positions, sitting positions, and lying down. The illustrations are easy to follow and a guide keeps you from making common mistakes,

Maintain flexibility
This book is authored by a certified personal trainer, so it is backed with legitimate information. The exercises all have illustrations provided. That really helps assure you are doing them correctly and not going to injure yourself. I appreciated that the author included exercises and stretching movements that are suitable for all ability levels. There are floor exercies. But, if you cannot get down onto the floor for whatever reason, there are some chair supported stretches. I liked that this book meets the needs of all readers. I found it helpful and an enjoyable read.

Lots of very useful exercises
This book is very helpful for my mobility problems, the exercises and especially the workouts proposed are helping me to improve day by day, I discovered this author recently and ordered another workout book of his I hope it will be as good as this one!
