So far I’m 4 days in and I like this detoxer and cleanser. I take it twice a day and have used the restroom my times. Still waiting to detox enough that my feet and ankle swelling goes down. I mix with juice then lookout in 2 hrs. I’m feeling somewhat better on the inside. I plan to buy this and use for 2 months, then use semi annually afterwards. Good Product.

I mixed mine with sunny D and the taste is definitely not THAT BAD. I was almost scared to drink it bc of the reviews but it’s not at all disgusting. Results are better than expected. My system is like concrete to get thru but THIS STUFF IS LEGIT!

I am only on day 2, but so far the cleanse is working very well. However, I am unable to drink it, so I just sprinkle a little powder on my tongue at a time and chase it with water 🤣 In also down 2 lbs. May edit this review once I am finished!

While there's never a one-size fits all, and results will vary, this sneaks up on you. Senna is likely the main herb that will cause the cramping. Massive cramping/sweating whether during the day or waking you in the middle of the night=COLON BLOW and instant dehydration. When it's overpowering in the middle of the night, it's the brutal food poisoning feeling. At least this was my experience. While I appreciate the amount for the price, there is NO way I could get through this in 7 days. I also have to mix this with something to disguise the taste, and get it down ASAP as the psyllium husk starts to thicken, and you don't want to aspirate. I know others recommended fruit juice which I don't drink, so I was getting it down with a superfood mix. Best of luck, and stay hydrated and keep electrolytes on hand just in case!
