Good support for working out or light activities. Would not wear to work or under clothes (they slip off) without the straps. I personally wear them without the straps because it's easier but you can get a tighter fit with. Knees feel less burdened when working out than before so I'm happy I got them.

I like these, but I don’t love how they roll up on my legs. Maybe I should have ordered a bigger size. This knee brace is of great quality and very comfortable to wear under my pants. It gives good support without being bulky.
