Made a magnesium spray
I put some flakes in a bottle, filled it with purified water, and I spray it on my skin after my shower then add lotion. My muscles relax, and it helps me go to sleep. I’m thinking about adding some essential oils to the mix, like maybe lavender or sage and rosemary to give it a nice smell. If you have cuts it may sting a little, so try to avoid cuts. Overall I’m very pleased with the product

Can make my own Magnesium oil!
I’ve used this product before and like that I can easily make my own magnesium oil and put what ever essential oil in it. Much cheaper than buying the premade oil.
