I bought these for my gymnast with a minor ankle sprain. She said that it gave good support. She wore it for daily activities and practice and competed with it once. The only thing we don’t like is that the sock part has an enclosed heel. It gets nasty fast and decreases mobility. (Highly recommend buying several for easy washing. ) It’s a bit ‘slippy’ on beam. The sock washes well and maintains shape. My daughter said that it does put some discomfort to mild pain on the top of the foot. I think that is just common with any ankle brace.

My son twisted his ankle while football training and it was a mild sprain at best. He did not have any bruising or swelling or anything significant, so we just wanted a tight brace for the next time he worked out a few days later (he is 10). I love that there are two styles included, one with a thicker support and velcro closure, and the other is a regular brace. He needed the regular brace. The small fits perfectly and very snug. It does not cut circulation either. If they have chunkier feet, go up a size. Under a sock, it did not create tightness in his cleats. Almost good to get these in case of future injury rather than wait.

My daughter is 13 and does Martial Arts, field hockey, basketball and track. She is very thin and she is very hard on her tiny body. Her ankles and knees bother her frequently. I have bought numerous types of foot sleeves And ankle braces but always have issues with sizing since she is so thin. These fit her perfect and provide her with a lot of support. I love that the set was a great price point and it comes with both foot sleeves and braces providing options for support. The product is made well and has held up with much use.

These were great, lightweight, and comfortable ankle braces for my 10 year old soccer player. They were enough to help with her ankle sprain, but didn’t cause too much padding that she couldn’t fit her cleat or move normally. She felt they really helped with pain and stability.

The ankle sleeve is too small. I should have listened to the other reviewers when they mentioned this. I have a small 8 y.o boy and thought this would fit. Maybe the product specification should have mentioned what sizes it would be good for. My son wears 1.5 to 2 and it’s too small for him. Maybe good for a toddler? Thankfully it came with other pieces and I was able to use the ankle brace.

These have helped my daughter tremendously with her ankle pain during tumbling! The way they are made allows for them to either be worn with or without shoes and still provide the comfort she requires. They are breathable and true to size.
