Very pleased with these. I bought these as my new glasses sat too low on my face. These have helped to elevate the glasses enough for them to be comfortable and for my vision to be unobstructed by the frames. Comfortable and discreet. Would recommend.

Large pads, fairly sticky but not super comfortable
Pads are quite large, stick fine so far but are not the most comfortable on the skin and the frame can be felt through them at any small amount of pressure

Once you put it on, it needs to stay on bc the stickiness will stop sticking but you can use eyelash glue to help it become sticky again or even spirit gum which is used for raves to hold on gems.
