Don't be without this plan
This protection plan is one I will not be without. Asurion has been absolutely awesome to me. Let me explain: I purchased a beautiful lift recliner off Amazon. I had it about 8 months before it fell apart. The leg rest, the mechanics of the heat and massage unit poking me in the back. I wanted to cry. I needed a lift chair, this was the only chair I used. Everytime I would lower or raise the chair the gears would make loud noises and pop, of which I also felt. I called Asurion to file a claim. People listen, Asurion kept in constant communication with me. And, after a short time, VERY short, I was notified by Asurion that I would receive the full cost of the chair refunded by Amazon in way of a gift card. I received that credit that day!! Asurion acted fast; Amazon acted fast. I ordered another lift chair that same day as well. Along with another protection policy from Asurion. This indeed was a painless endeavor. I was meant with respectful kindness during this entire short process. I would highly suggest that with any sizeable purchase that you purchase the Asurion Protection Policy. If something goes wrong you will be thankful that you did. Thank you Asurion. Thank you Amazon for your quick resolution to my issue. Kudos!!!

Value for money spent (NONE)
The CFVYNE Lift Chair was purchased through Amazon and they have not stood by the Warranty on this product, it was purchased on May 30,2024. The chair has broken under the bottom, the metal bar for the footrest and now the chair is leaning unuseable . I reported this issue 2 weeks ago and now I'm getting the run around, sending me everywhere but not returning my refund because the chair is still under Manufactured warranty. This is a lot of money to not get a return on for a broken product. ASURION is the WORST warranty company I have ever dealt with, I do plan on filing legal action because now they are giving me false information and not honoring the 2 year warranty I placed on this product the Seller is no longer available and they know this but they inform me to contact them. I did make an attempt contact the SELLER and they are no longer available, but since ASURION wants to screw me over, I will let the attorney get me more than the chair for mental distress because they will not honor the warranty on this product. I paid over $600.00 for this chair that broke and fell over on me when the metal piece broke on the section where the chair lifts. All ASURION did was pass me around to different representatives of their company so now I'm going to pass them onto my attorney, they had their chance to do right by me so now it is out of my hands.

Asurion helped resolve an issue I had with a product I purchased and bought the protection. After answering some questions and sending photos they were able to rectify the situation within a 2 week period. It is worth purchasing protection for items you buy.

Be ready to work for your claim
Horrible service! Took three phone calls to have them finally say they would honor the insurance claim. Then it took over 3 months and 4 calls to check on when the check would arrive. Each time was a new lie of the "check is in the mail". Filed a claim June,, and just got the check 9/16/2025. I believe the only reason they came around with a check at all is that I threatened to get our lawyer involved.
