No it does not. At least from the description it does not. But it is so cooling and nice to wear on the lips.

Do they come individually sealed? I’m looking for chapsticks to hand out to patients at the hospital

No not individually sealed. But they are awesome. And work so well. Nice and moisturizing and good scents. I used them for homeless kits.

How many ounces of lip balm?

Ballpark guess. The weight of product is 1 lb or 16 oz. divided by 50 units is 1/3 of an ounce each. They are regular chapstick size and a really good product.
