Absolutely love this item great at cleaning carpet and furniture

Love this, gets the job done and quickly. Also many more uses for this than advertised, steam clean skirting boards, kitchen units, windows... many more.

Dog was sick on a pale beige carpet and it was badly stained orange. I tried cleaning it by hand but much as I tried I couldn’t remove the stain. I ordered this carpet cleaner and used it on the stain which was by now a couple of days old. It was better than I had hoped, and the stain is completely gone and the area of the carpet looks new. So pleased I bought it as I have peace of mind knowing it is there when I need it. It is fairly noisy but the suction is powerful and the carpet felt dry in less than half an hour. I also love the quality of the machine and everything clicks together easily

I'm what we call a Bissel carpet cleaner fan. I have the Bissell pet stain eraser cordless and the Bissell ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro. This is by far the best of the 3! The suction is brilliant, 100% sucks up more water than the other models. The steam functionality as well is making it so much easier to clean. The picture below is after a quick play with it. Context as well I haven't used the large Bissell in about a month and I have two large dogs. It obviously takes longer to clean the carpet vs the large model, but the results speak volume.

Avoid. Item broke within 6 months despite light use and being in pristine condition otherwise. I only used a few small bottles of Bissell brand fluid with it over the months (which by the way, is overpriced, and from the sounds of Youtube videos showing how to fix broken machines, it will eventually clog your machine). The trigger on mine stopped working so it wouldn’t produce water or steam. Bissell agreed to take it back for repair and kept it 2 weeks before saying it couldn't be fixed. They refused to offer a refund and would only send a replacement machine with a reduced warranty period. No guarantee this isn't going to happen again. Their customer service team is idiotic. They ignored me twice when I said I need them to check dates with me before they post the replacement, as I was about to go on holiday and didn't want it left outside or sent back. For posting the broken machine back to them, they told me I should go to shops like Curry's to beg for a cardboard box - none of the shops I visited had any. Will never shop with Bissell again.

Its a BEAST! a absolute BEAST. this is amazing if you have puppies. Or incontinent grandparents. I sometimes force feed nanny mulling with a funnel just so I can use it......I even bludgeoned the neighbours cat with my own shoes to see how the hydro steam tackled blood and once I squeezed the cat out on the carpet the HydroSteam took it on like tyson. It stood no chance........its a flipping beast.....buy it....just so you can say you have one. As you'll be cool as custard and down with the kids.....yo!

This machine does exactly what it is supposed to do, i. e. clean a spot or two on your rug or carpet in a fast and efficient way before whatever dropped on there goes deeply into the fabric and dries and become a much serious issue. But if you like me needs a machine to clean a flair of carpeted stairs, this Spotclean Hydrosteam is not the right machine. To clean 12 steps I had to refill the water tank 4 times! Very boring. Also, the suction is just ok, tbh I was expecting something more powerful. End of story, I had to send the machine back.

tough review to write, yes its good at small stuff, and it's compact. your car seats will look great, but if I had another shot in life I'd do two things; 1. tell that irish girl I loved her 2. get a slightly more powerful steam cleaner
