Is this fish food colored ? And plastic? Fish spit out

The fish in my 20 and 46 gallon tank eagerly eat GloFish food. The flakes are multi-colored as are many other fish foods on the market. If you are asking if the food itself is plastic? Then no.

It does have a date on the bottom which I assume is the expiration. Mine are dated for mid 2021.

whats with these white flakes? The fish spit them out.

Some like it some don't. It is food. After some time they get use to and will eat them.

Do you have to by this specfic brand for glofish? We bought another one and he seems to be floating upside down a lot.
