I would recommend this to anyone who also purchased the Luca Turin , Tania Sanchez - Book Of Perfumes - it is not as immediately entertaining but it provides a good alternative viewpoint from Luca & Tania's own ones that I don't always necessarily agree with, but enjoy for their witticisms !

Fabulous, gorgeous book for anyone like me obsessed with vintage perfumes, or indeed, perfumes of any kind. Lovely descriptions, helpful notes and great photography. A comfort food book for a perfumista.

Fascinating book, I keep going back to it. Beautifully illustrated, made me spend a lot of money though on new perfumes! - But I have to say that I was never disappointed having followed her nose.
