Shoe Glue for Sole Repair, Thin Clear Adhesive, 30g with 3 Tips

Although this works great on shoes, this isn't just shoe glue. This is a great all-purpose glue and a solid substitute for super glue, and even possibly better than super glue. I originally purchased this to fix one of my favorite shoes. Worked really well for that purpose. Then, I had some home improvement projects and my super glue had turned hard in the bottle. So I tried using this. Wow. It bonds with metal, plastic, wood, and all the other materials it claims for fixing shoes. It seems more forgiving than traditional super glue, but seems to bond just as well. I've had the bottle for a few months now and used it for several different projects. The glue hasn't dried out and is still very usable, unlike my typical experience with super glue where the tiny bottle seems to dry out in a week or two after using it the first time. Overall, this is quickly becoming my go-to glue for pretty much anything.

This glue was ideal for repairing my rubber spenco sandals. The souls split apart from bottom of the sandals. This glue fixed it in a minute. No terrible oder or fumes and no hard to use bottle applicator , just screw top back on and stays good for next job .

I had a pair of flats that I wore one time, only to have the shoe come apart from the sole on Day 1. I also had a pair of sneakers that were starting to gap in places between the top and the sides. This glue definitely works. The flats were easily repaired. I have worn them since the repair and the glue is holding up. The sneakers are a different story. The glue definitely worked. The sneakers looked like new after a good cleaning and touching up with this product. However, the glue is so strong that I noticed little micro tears in the sneaker fabric. The stress point I was gluing was a bit much for the amount of product used; thus the glue adhered, but pressure exceeded strength. I do not consider this a failure of the product, but I know now to think twice in how I use this glue. Overall, I’m glad to have it on hand for future uses.

This really worked. The sole was separating from the leather of my favorite leather Ugg boots that I have had forever. I decided to try it and I was so surprised how well it worked. It worked really quickly and you can not tell that it was glued it. I have worn them in the rain a few times and it did not come undone.

Worked like a charm! My heel is super sturdy and it was easy to use with the attachment that they came with. The bottle is smaller than I expected and wasn’t all the way full but it was worth the buy. It didn’t leave a residue after it dried.

I followed the advice of other reviewers to re-glue the front toe cap of the sole of my tennis shoe. I first used some sandpaper to clean the underside of the loose rubber surface as well as the shoe itself. Then I applied this shoe glue and wrapped the shoes with rubber bands and let them for 24 hours. That was over two weeks ago and it is still holding strong! I walk 5 miles every other day in these shoes outside in the elements. I wish I had known about this glue years ago!

I don't do many reviews, but I felt the need to say this really does work! The soles on my work boots keep failing after prolonged use and the uppers still look very tidy so this glue has given new life to them. I did put a good amount on, both top and bottom while wearing them. I stood for a minute or 2 sealing the sole back down. These have been worn for well over a week and still absolutely solid. And still have 90% of the bottle left! Just clean the application nozzle and tighten the lid to make sure it doesn't dry up. Well worth giving this a try over buying a brand new pair of shoes/boots.
