Dristan nasal spray
Great for opening swollen or clogged nasal passages. It works fast and lasts long. I try to make sure I have at least 1 bottle in the cabinet at all times because you never know when you may find yourself not being able to breath through your nose. I would suggest it for people who find themselves not being able to breath through their nose when not sick. It could be just swollen nasal passages which this works great for.

Works
Two squirts up each nostril at night and I'm good. I can breathe. Takes a minute to kick in, but when it does it lasts all night long for me.
