This is a nifty little bobble shaver and has saved my favourite jumper from the charity shop! Why I haven't bought one before is a mystery as so much easier than picking the bobbles off by hand. After a little research this one was one of the top choices. Not cheap but is quick and does the job.....no more bobbly bits and my jumpers look new!

Photos speak for themselves. Fixed a fairly ruined jumper, which I tried cleaning up a bit with a different machine.. that only made it worse. Would prefer something that doesn't need batteries, but for the price and work it does.. it's amazing. Not regretting getting it.

Works really well at removing bobbles and making clothes look new again. Easy to use and comfortable to hold. You can definitely tell it’s a quality product. Would highly recommend.

Love this fabric shaver. It is very useful to revitalise fabric that is bobbled or looks worn. Even on fine knit jumpers that don’t look that bad it works wonders. The compartment that collects fine fabric gets full quite quickly , even when you think you are not doing a lot to the garment you are working on. So this shows that it works. Change of batteries and emptying of the fabric compartment is very easy. I have used this with the provided Phillips batteries that the product came with and it is still working after quite a few items were tackled. Blades can’t cause injury to fingers as they are reset behind a mesh. My only thought was longevity of the sharpness of blades. I am unsure if they can be replaced or there would’ve a need to replace the whole item. But I’m happy with my purchase.

This Philips fabric shaver does a great job at removing pills and fuzz from sweaters and other garments. The large blade surface allows for quick coverage, and it works quietly without pulling or damaging fabric. The included cleaning brush is useful for maintenance, and the shaver comes ready to use with batteries included. I’ve noticed it struggles a bit on very thick knits, but for most clothes, it restores a fresh look efficiently.

Wow this is the best fabric defuzzer I’ve ever used and I felt compelled to write this review. What can I say! It does exactly the job and has brought back to life a good few jumpers that I thought would need to go in the bin because they had so much pilling. I came across this model via a review of fabric shavers on Good Housekeeping magazine’s website, this came top of their testing and I understand exactly why. Any products I’ve used before have been hard work for little result. Teeny items to note: - It is a little stiff to remove the clear bin cover (might just be my technique). - I have had to empty the bin half way between working on each jumper, but in future I’ll just do touch ups after each wear. - And because I was defuzzing a few jumpers this evening, I had to recharge it part way. Definitely not criticisms, this is such a fab product! (Look at the photos attached, hopefully you can see what I mean. P.S. one photo shows the gadget open and the lint removed from another jumper I had a go at defuzzing part way between working on the jumper in the photo, hence it’s a light shade of blue to the jumper in the pic.)

Does work quite well. This is the only time I have tried a fabric shaver. I had bought it particularly for a wool blend coat from M&S which was a gift. It had become very shabby looking in a matter of weeks. After even briefly using the shaver coat looks improved. However, BE WARNED as it it nigh near impossible to remove the lint holder!!! At 70 years of age with weak hands I was becoming very frustrated 😠. Decided to check some videos both on YouTube and in Amazon reviews. Everyone had the same problem. One gentleman tried to open it, couldn't, came back wearing latex or vinyl gloves and was able to remove cover almost immediately. So glad I took the time to check videos as I had decided to return the shaver. Will now keep it. I hope Phillips takes this into consideration and fix the problem OR add a video showing exactly how to open it! So for the reason explained I can only give 3 stars.

J’utilise ce rasoir anti‑bouloches Philips depuis plusieurs années et il est toujours aussi efficace. Il enlève parfaitement les bouloches sur mes pulls, gilets et écharpes sans abîmer le tissu. La tête glisse bien et il est facile à manier, même sur les vêtements épais. Le récipient de récupération des fibres est pratique et facile à vider, et l’appareil reste puissant avec le temps. Très fiable, facile à nettoyer et durable, il redonne vraiment un aspect neuf à mes vêtements. Produit de qualité que je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent prolonger la vie de leurs habits.

When my brother ordered this product, I really thought he was wasting money on something that wouldn't be of much use, but how wrong I was. This lint remover gave a new life to my old woolens. I had previously tried removing lint from my woolens using combs and razor (got these ideas from insta) but all failed and these clothes had been locked in an old box, but this product changed it all. It is easy to use, removes all the lints and gives a new life to your woolen. A must buy.
