My first pair lasted a week. The right one died on me. The company contacted me right away before I had any issues, and were exceptionally helpful. I complained that the right insole stopped working and they sent me a whole new set free of charge. They are currently working flawlessly. I am very pleased at the functionality of these, and they are very worth their price point. The sellers have excellent customer service. Oh, and the insoles are very comfortable. It's a little strange to feel the battery box at first, but it is easy to get used to and I can wear them all day, squat, and move with no issues. The insoles conform very well.

Was really disappointed with these. Had high hopes. The soles do not connect to the app and they don’t even work with the remote that came with it too. The soles do heat up, but the ability to control it by phone or remote was the reason for this purchase.

This is our 2nd pair of insole warmers, the others we got years ago from LLBean. The product itself is nice quality, comes with a remote control & you can also use Bluetooth but the reason for 4 stars is the on/off button is poorly placed right on the heel which obviously endures slight movement when someone is wearing there shoe/boot so it inadvertently sometimes pushes the button on/off which there is no way around it. The previous pair we purchased from LLBean had a switch that slid side to side. That seems like a more constructive mechanism vs a button that pushes in and out. It’s not very convenient when your outside working in the elements & your insoles are constantly turning on/off because your wearing boots and the nature of them is they slide a bit. Just not a great design in our opinion. Other than that the product works well.

I got these a few days ago, and it's been awesome. My feet are the coldest part of me, and while I was certain these would disappoint, I was WRONG.I've used them for 2-3 hours and it lasted, so Im curious about the longevity.Got the items super fast as well, so thanks!

My toes normally get cold after sitting in the stand for a few hours in cold Temps. I purchased these and they did keep my feet warm, once. Tried to turn them on (after charging) for day 2 of the hunt and one of them would not work. The charging port is wide open in the heel, any moisture at all will shut it down. There needs to be a seal of some sort , like on a cell phone.Great idea, BAD Design 👎

I wore these mtn biking in 38 degree weather. I did feel some warmth, but not enough to keep my feet comfortable. The tiny button that controls the heat setting is located on the back edge of the heel, and walking will press this button against your shoe and change the setting. The heel of these insoles is nearly one inch high and puts your foot so high it almost pops out of your shoe when walking. This probably wouldn’t be an issue with boots or other high-top shoe or slipper. If you’re looking for extra warmth while lounging or puttering around the house, then these insoles would probably be fine. If you’re looking for warm comfortable feet during outdoor winter activities like walks, hiking, biking, etc. , then I can’t recommend them.

First let me say I rarely give reviews but I felt this one was much needed due to my bad experience.I bought these to use while deer hunting. I always buy my boots a size bigger so I can wear 2 pair of socks to keep warm. I have been looking at heated insoles for a few years now. My hands and feet get super cold, very fast when hunting. I wanted to get away from toe warmers as they are not efficient in the long run. I bought these insoles thinking they would fix my situation. They did not. First, these insoles are super thick... they will raise you another 1 to 2 inches on yours mom's kitchen doorway growth chart. Second, they are so thick you need to compensate for your shoe size beyond the 1 size I have been doing for years. When I put these in my boots they damn near cut off the circulation to the top of my feet. Not good. Second, they don't warm up as promised. I turned them on in the stand and I barely felt the heat on high. Third point is the instructions... please translate so that it makes sense... what does "working mode" actually mean? We live in a world with translations that are immediate, please use that to your advantage so I don't have to spend 30 minutes figuring out what you mean to turn the heat on in my boots.

I had trouble with the first pair of insoles this company sent me. They very promptly sent me a replacement pair which are working well. I really appreciate the way they took care of this and would be happy to buy from them again.
