This my 3rd Willai contour pillow! I just love them and you cannot beat the value. I have purchased so many contour pillows over the years and they're usually like $100. I took a chance on this one last summer and just purchased 2 more! Firm pillow that's adjustable for each person's comfort. I'd give it a try!

Overall, this pillow is great. It is very comfort and helps with my sleep issues. I have long-standing neck issues and this pillow really helps me relief my pain! One magic function is that you can adjust the shape and height to find the best way to support your neck and head! It is really value for money.Do I recommend this pillow? Yes. I've recommended several people to it. You should definitely give it a try and you will love it like me!

The pillow is reasonably comfortable until it starts to slide up leaving my neck with no support and consequently becoming very painful. A regular pillow would be better - even no pillow. Also, the so-called inflatable tube doesn't inflate....or deflate. It's just not working. I believe this was a defective returned item and they dumped it on me. Very unhappy with the product and seller. It's going back. Hope they don't try to dump it on someone else.

I love this pillow and slept so good the first night. I got eager to get the curvature back in my neck and pumped it too much which I had severe neck/headache the next day. I released all of the air the 3rd night and slept great and pumped it about 3 times the next night which resulted in another neck/headache. I’m not giving up. I will pump it only once a week for my neck to slowly reform. My chiropractor said if it’s too much too fast then it’s like falling asleep with your elbow straight and your arm hanging off of the bed for your neck. I also love that it is a squishy tempurpedic pillow and not too firm such as others I’ve tried. Such a great invention!

I suffer from severe neck pain. This pillow does help, though it isn’t the most comfortable pillow. Very firm, with adjustable neck support which is great.

Comfortable and supportive memory foam "medium firm" to start. The air tube does a good job of supporting the neck with a more natural curve and supporting the head in a slightly reclined position. Just what I needed. The air tube, in the standard size, seems stable and maintains air pressure for a few nights without adjustment - just be careful of hitting the release valve while sleeping. One issue - the standard size is a bit too small (length?) for someone who rolls on to both sides during the night. So I will use this pillow for travel (rolls up nice and small for the luggage) and bought the larger size for home use. The larger sized version (Q/K) has a big issue. The air tube does not hold pressure through the night. I have used the pillow for about 12 nights and during 11 nights I had to either adjust the pressure during the night because the pillow flattened out (pressure gone in the tube) or I had to inflate the tube to use the next night. I only add about 15 to 18 pumps for my needs and that pressure does not stay for more than 4 to 6 hours most nights. Any more pumps of air make the pillow too high/hard for my needs. The larger pillow is going back because I already have enough problems sleeping without needing to "adjust" my pillow during the night. Great idea that suffers from flawed materials, design or quality check.

The myriad reviews didn't instill a feeling of confidence when endeavoring to purchase this pillow. I ultimately took the plunge and purchased the pillow. I can't praise the product enough. Once the pillow was purged and then pumped up with pressure, I found that I preferred this proffering to other, less practical products, presented. I presume that the negative reviews stem from defective products, and as such, should be returned to the manufacturer as defective. That aside, my neck is now nice and gone is the nagging discomfort due to unsupportive pillows. 5 stars, highly recommend.
