After reading a text from a doctor explaining the difference in how tumeric enters your body, i ordered the type he explained and I can't belive the difference with my walking and lack of pain 10/10.

used for a while but did not seem to work

It took just over a week to notice a difference less fatigued brain more alert body aches and pains almost diminished I will be buying again

Can't be sure as they say it takes 4-6 weeks to feel a difference but I feel better by taking it perhaps on tablets of any sort the review should be written later T
