This had nothing to do with desperate housewives at all, its got marcia cross in it but not as her d/h wives character. I was so disappointed with this dvd i thought it was going to be really good and was dissatisfied completely with my buy. Its misleding and the only reason people buy it is because you think its going to be about brie vandicamp before she moved to wisteria lane but its a completely different story altogether like i said before. I wouldnt reccomment anybody to waste their money on this dvd as its a big fat let down. Rant over. Thanks xxxx

I was expewcting the usual load of dross - loads of unoriginal sex, boob-job women etc, but it was nothing like that, and nothing like the TV series - watch it with an open mind and its worth a go!

This film has absolutely no connection the the TV series apart from the actress Marcia Cross who looks like a young Nicole Kidman. The films title is completely misleading.Some of the scenes are positively cringe-worthy and the dubbing is, at times, way out of sync. The story revolves around Ann, a failed artist who is now a fashion designer, and Nick an aspiring photographer who is on the verge of giving up on his dreams. The story just plods along and it is hard to feel much interest in any of the characters.I have just donated my copy of this DVD to the local charity shop. A good buy if you are suffering from insomnia.

The title of this film had been changed to encourage viewers of Desperate Housewives to buy it. The film had no relevance to the series and is a very poor film. Of all the films I have watched in the last 2 years this was easily in last place. A big con! Only gave it 1 star as I could not submit with no stars, its correct rating.

En achetant ce DVD " Desperate Housewife, the Early Years ", je pensais retrouver la vie des héroines de ma série préférée les "DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES" avant qu'elles ne se retrouvent, toutes, à Victoria Lane.Mais, au lieu de cela, j'ai découvert un film sans intérêt....La jaquette, avec la belle Marcia Cross, de ce DVD est bien trompeuse...Il n'y a aucun rapport avec la série.Je ne vous conseille pas cet achat !La dépense n'en vaut pas la peine !
