I bought this as a compliment to a parasitic cleanse. After doing quite a bit of research, it seemed to get the best reviews at a great value! Some activated charcoal is known to make GI issues worse. I took the full recommend dose without thinking the first time, and feared the worst! But so far so good and it's been incredibly gentle on my system!
