Heavy and soild, I haven’t cooked with it yet but it seems durable

this was a gift for my daughter who needed another cast-iron skillet. All she had to do was heat it up.. applied oil.. Let it cool back down wipe it with a paper towel and it cooked perfect the very first time.

I needed an oven safe cast iron skillet and i needed one that was pre seasoned because i don't know how to do that and this was perfect. It's a great size and weight for every day use - not that i use mine every day but i could do it if i needed to. It's a good bit heavier than my ceramic cookware - there's an extra handle for a reason- but it can go in the oven directly and it isn't as susceptible to damage from metal utensils. I love it, and i hope to get lots of use out of it. Make sure to save and follow the care instructions!
