It’s compact and easy to use, though I wish the higher resistance levels were a bit more challenging. Overall, it’s a solid product for hand and forearm workouts.

These items were delivered June 22. The (3) Finger Stretcher exercise items have all broken. The last one pictured is about to split and tear now. These lasted 2 months. I would not purchase again as they won't last long. The (3) Hand Grip Strengthener items are solid and will last a long time. Next time I would only purchase the Hand Grip items.

Got a recommendation from a Z-health video to use these. I could barely move the lightest band at first try. Six weeks later my hands have no problem effectively opening up. Great quality. Good value.

I bought these more to use as productive fidgets. Dog hair stuck to the silicone like a magnet. The finger bands look like they'd tear with enough use. And that's all with one day of use. However, they are exactly as advertised for a decent price. I could tell that I was actually using those muscles, so it does as intended. Simple to use, which was my main goal. I can fiddle with it subconsciously.
