For miri always ear model 5500 ric how do i tell if the click dome double is a 8mm or a 10mm?

I don't know if it doesn't say. try ordering both and see which one is a better fit.

I haven't seen your description, but if your domes are listed as 10/12, it means there are 2 domes for each ear canal. The inner dome is 8mm and the outer is 10mm.

Do they fit miracle ear hearing aids

Yes, typically these do fit Miracle Ear RIC hearing aids, as they are made by Siemens.

do they fit Rexton aids?

I googled Rexton and they look the same but I can't be sure. Mine are Siemen's from Costco. They just changed part of the end and it's larger but the domes still fit.

For those of us who have Siemens hearing aids (which include many branded Specsavers) it isnt easy to find replacement domes. Specsavers sell batteries but not domes ... Some domes advertised on the internet dont have the (essential otherwise they come off in your ear!) "click" fitting.
