Left earbuds is not working, only the right one

sound quality is good and range is decent unless you have a lot of offsets and walls in between the ear pod and the device, then the voice cracks or stops...ear hurts a lil after a while as the head is a lil big. silicon cover helps protect the charging case but catches a lot of dust.
