This CMD extreme pressure tube can withstand high temperatures and pressures of up to 50,000 psi. It is used as an assembly lubricant and it produces more accurate torque readings and higher clamping loads. Excellent for all types of fasteners (ex. studs, nuts, and bolts) Endures up to 50,000 psi. Reduces galling, frictional heat, and scoring caused by metal to metal contact. Review: This stuff works well for many engine parts. - The High Pressure lube is good for a plethora of parts in the engine. I even used it for head bolts on my SBC. However, read the directions before use. You don't want to have it make contact with your skin. This brand of high pressure lube is extremely toxic...just a word to the wise. Be Careful!
