This was exactly what I wanted. It matched my bathroom color and was easily hidden behind cloths on the wall. Had 2 small issues with the product. 1. No Template, however; installing it between 2 studs made the alignment from side to side easy. The trick is getting the top and bottom in without cutting too much. I suggest measuring with a square and giving you some room to cut 1/2 to a 1/4 at a time until you can get the unit into the wall. My second problem is the Lead Warning. I didn't see that in the advertisement.

Very pleased with our safe! Easy to install, set up, and to use! Highly recommend. Only slight negative is our safe was delivered with a poor paint job in some areas. Not a big deal as it's hidden. Size inside is as described, don't expect to store everything you own, but great for small items.

Basic wall safe. Nothing fancy, not heavy duty, not air-tight, and not fire rated. For less than $70, you shouldn't expect to get any of those features. What you do get is a good safe to keep your kids or cleaning people away from items you don't want them to have or lose. If you can hide the safe, then you also have a hiding spot for things. Just remember that if you want a real wall safe it will cost you $500 or more for a true entry level one. Per another complaining review I saw, if you need humidity control put your stuff in a Ziploc bag with a dessicant pack, and you are good to go.That being said this safe is not at all bad for the money. It's easy to install and hide. Could you pop it open in 2 seconds with a small crowbar? Absolutely. Will it keep your kids, or the neighbor's kids from getting to something they shouldn't? Absolutely.Hope this helps to set expectations for what you get at this price point.

great safe, easy to install with light carpentry experience, but I cant use it do to the humidity an mold , I live in ohio an semi humid area,, I tried baking soda an packets that absorb humidity,, I did trial run with documents an assorted papers--they all turned yellow an brittle within few weeks,, its a GREAT safe but I wont put cash or any important papers inside. its perfect size for cash/jewelry if I had some,,, I just wanted store small cash amount but I don't trust as most safes get mold/mildew/funky,, I good safe needs humidity levels an climate control,, I cant find one with slim wall safe design

We use this safe at all three of our locations and are very pleased with its function for the most part. Only issue we've had is that the inner shelves are poorly attached/welded. If the design could be altered slightly, putting in an adjustable shelving system like you have in most cabinets would be better. Once the weld breaks, there's no way to re-attach them unless you can get someone with a welding rig to come out. We didn't try it, but it might be possible to use an industrial strength glue to re-set the shelves.

Like this product a lot and recommend! Well built and flush in the wall. I easily put a large framed picture on a hinge over it, making it totally unnoticed. Very secure lag bolted to framing. Easy to install if you're slightly handy. Safe itself built well and locks securely. I do believe it could be forcibly opened using a heavy-duty pry bar. For the price perfect for my key needs.

Mediocre product. Have the same things in the box but sometimes makes it very difficult to open or close. And since it is for built in and I had sent extra money to instal , it make it very difficult to change it. If I had known I would have never bought it.
