I never knew oats could be this tasty! I grabbed this assorted box on a whim, and it's actually pretty good! The flavors are tasty; Mocha Marvel is my fav. It's super convenient for busy mornings. They take less than 30 seconds to prep, just pour and mix. You can eat it right away or soak it overnight for a creamier texture. The protein content is great for keeping me full. Super convenient and healthy with no refined sugar or added preservatives. It doesn't taste 'healthy' if you know what I mean. If you're into quick, healthy breakfasts, give it a shot. It's become my go-to.

1. It is the right snack, having only 250-320 calories 2. To avoid getting bored the brand has a bunch of flavours 3. Usually I use to take 8-9 mins to make my oat meal, this saves so much time and energy, it hardly takes a min to prepare. 4. I found it little sweet, probably that's only drawback I saw for myself.

I tried all the flavours of GOoat ,it is high in protein so keeps you satiated,flavour is great but too sweet.I would definitely buy it but because of that sweetness i will not. Those who trying to cut down sugar,its not a great choice. I wish if they could work on it.

I would say it’s a good breakfast option but some flavours are way too sweet. Mocha marvel is one of them and mango as well. It’s healthy, nutritious and keeps you full for long but if I could rate it on the basis of taste I would rate 5or6/10
