Worked great for my 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia
I purchased this along with a SGW bypass adapter to be able to connect to my Giulia and reset the maintenance interval counter. It worked great. I connected to the laptop using MultiECUScan, set the connector type and port in the MES software and everything worked as intended. There is a toggle switch on the device MS/HS CAN, but it made no difference for what I was trying to accomplish.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I hooked this up to my laptop as instructed and downloaded the file, as directed. I subsequently got a VIRUS. Turns out, it is a known virus called Racoona OBDll, and is MALWARE. Google this product or the named virus before even considering ordering this "tool".

Lifesaver
This saved me over $300. Long story, but here's the point. Ford has "my keys" I activated mine with one key which is the admin plus the secondary all in one. The car only saw it as the secondary. Used this device to disable it and get all the functions of my car reset

Works great on my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia.
The only issue was the switch built into the device. Had to research to find out which position was needed for my car. Found out that up is correct.
